Finally, we apply the whitening gel, which works for 45 minutes, delivering immediate results in your smile.

We guarantee an improvement of 3 to 5 shades in the initial color of your teeth.

At-Home Teeth Whitening (trays) in Costa Rica

We also offer the option of at-home teeth whitening.

This method involves the use of custom-made trays with 1-2 hour daily applications for up to 30 days, depending on the desired result, achieving a reduction of 5 to 8 shades from the original color of your teeth.

For this treatment, an initial appointment is needed for a dental cleaning and impressions of your teeth, creating custom trays for each patient.

At this appointment, we also explain how to use the whitening material at home.

After 72 hours, the patient receives their custom trays and whitening gel syringes.

Post-Whitening Care

• Avoid consuming tea, coffee, or cigarettes for the next 2 or 3 days.
• Do not expose the lips to the sun.
• Maintain a normal routine in other aspects.

• If the patient has tartar, it must be removed beforehand with a dental cleaning.
• Teeth whitening does not lighten fillings (resins, amalgams), crowns, porcelain bridges, or acrylic prostheses.
• It is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals under 15 years of age.
• Contraindicated in patients with allergies or chemical sensitivities to peroxides or glycols.
• Not recommended for individuals with oral herpes lesions or canker sores until these lesions have healed.
